1 Package Boneless Thighs
Juice of 1 clementine orange
¼ Cup pale dry sherry
1/8 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Touch of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum
A wok, bamboo steaming baskets and ceramic bowl(s) to fit in the baskets
Mix together orange juice, sherry, soy sauce, sugar and rum.
Place chicken in single layers in steaming bowls.
Pour mixture over chicken, dividing it up evenly between bowls.
Place bowl(s) in basket(s) and place in wok.
Steam for 30 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is very tender
