Honey Mustard Chicken Wings


15 whole chicken wings
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp black bean sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
3 tbsps honey
½ cup butter
½ tsp dijon or dark mustard
¾ cup water
1 tsp dried ginger or 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger


Disjoint chicken wings. Disgard bony ends.
Place in large zip-lock bag or in shallow baking pan.
Combine all sauce ingredients and heat on low until sugar and butter are melted.
Cool and pour over wings. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Arrange in shallow baking pan and bake in marinade in pre-heated 350º oven for 45 minutes, turning once and spooning marinade over chicken occasionally.
Drain and serve hot or cold.
