Nan's Stuffed Quahogs

1 Stick Butter
1 medium onion
1 Roll Ritz Crackers
About 15 Large Quahogs

Place crackers in a zip lock bag and roll with a rolling pin.
Grind quahogs in a meat grinder.
Mince onion.
Melt butter in frying pan.
Sauté onion until clear.

Place onions with butter in mixing bowl.
Add crackers and ground quahogs.
Fill medium to small shells with mixture.
Bake in preheated 375 oven for about 15 minute or until tops are browned.
